We are also pleased to introduce IndexSG in BETA during this Project SPIFFY Upgrade. IndexSG aims to be a Directory and Social Platform for Singaporean Businesses, Corporations and General Public Viewers. Interested members, viewers and guests will be able to sign-up for a pre-release beta user-id and password.

Enhanced Interfaces and Functionality will be introduced to all sites during these upgrades.

Introduction of SIMPLY HADDAD Spiffy^TM Customer Management System.

As part of our foray into Project SPIFFY, we’ve launched the Integrated SIMPLY HADDAD Spiffy^TM Customer Management System (Version 3.1) for our delightful Customers and Clients on our Premium Support Portal – ZetaAid^TM!

What is the Management System all about?

The Customer Management System integrates the Project Management Interface and Invoice & Correspondence Database, such that you only need to log-in to ZetaAid to find information about the progress of your Project and/or view Invoices and/or Correspondences with SIMPLY HADDADTM.

How would I use the System?

Let’s take a brief “Tour” of the System, and look into how you would use it.

Let’s say, you’ve hired SIMPLY HADDAD [Premium Design & Development] to develop a Corporate Logo for your upcoming Product Launch. Our staff will update your records on our Servers and we will provide you with a Unique User ID and Password to access the SIMPLY HADDAD Spiffy^TM System.

Using this Unique User ID and Password, you’d than goto http://www.zetaaid.com or http://www.zetaid.com and login via the “My Login” section on the “Left Navigation Bar”.

Upon logging in, you will notice two distinct menu items, made available to you; “My Projects” and “My Files“.

My Projects

Upon clicking on My Projects, you’d be able to see the Tasks, Milestones and Project Details of one or more of your Projects you have employed SIMPLY HADDAD^TM [Premium Designs & Development] or SIMPLY HADDAD^TM‘s Relevant Bands/Sites.

You’d be able to communicate with the Design/Development Team directly by putting up your comments on each Task.

You’d also be able to preview the Progress List and the Projects Progress Bar (showing the percentage completion of your project).

My Files

Upon Clicking on My Files, you’d be able to view the Invoices, Bills, Correspondences and more for each Project.

And you’d be able to view general details such as Payment Information, Design Schematics Guidelines and more.

We’ve taken special care to provide you with a clean and simplified interface, such that navigating the “My Files” Section will be similar to navigating through your computer’s hard-drive.

More features can be seen in the SIMPLY HADDAD Spiffy^TM Management System and we will be introducing some new applications to the system and even a User Forum shortly. So Stay tuned !

Your username/id and password have remained the same and has not been altered during the integration, as such you’d be able to user your current username/id and password. We wanted to introduce a system and structure that will allow us to communicate with our clients at a whole new level, to bring our services right to your doorstep.
Our Support Team can be reached via our new “Live Chat System”.
If we’re not online, we can be reached via our spanking new and integrated “Support Ticket” system.
Above and beyond these two systems we have introduced a “Project Management System” !


Project Management System Features

There are two ways for our clients to log-in to their Project Management Platform,

1. Via “Left Clicking” on the “Project Management” link at the ZetaAid web portal.

2. Or you can go straight into the platform by going to http://client.ZetaAid.com or http://client.zetaaid.com.

Once You’ve logged in, you’d be able to view lastest updates, messages, etc. with regards to Projects,

Active Projects that you have engaged us to work on and/or Completed Projects via the “My Projects” Tab.

Introduction

Just as a short brief to the features you’d come across whilst touring the Project Management Platform,

1. Messages

Messages are basically a unique way for us to communicate to you the Tasks that we have undertaken or those that we are planning to undertake,

and/or even Telephone Conversations and/or meeting minutes for future reference.

Comments are allowed to be made to each and every message, for example;

“If we provided Installation Dates, for your website. If you would like to post-pone these dates.

Simply fill out the Comment Box, and send. We’ll than arrange for another date.”

Using messages will allow you, our clients, to further consolidate tasks that we have completed for you.

Without rummaging through your email inbox.

An email will be sent to notify you of updates with regards to messages, comments and/or your Projects Status.

So you will never be left in the dark.


2. Tasks

Tasks are organized in task lists, and every project can have as many task lists as needed.

We may use individual task lists for each phase of your project, or even use task lists to divide a complex task into several sub-tasks.

This is done such that you’ll be kept in the loop with regards to all the steps we undertake, to fulfill all your desires with regards to the project at hand.


3. Milestones

Tasks tell people what to do – milestones tell them when something is due.

A milestone is just a date with a title and a description, but most importantly task lists and messages are assigned to a milestone, for greater simplicity in organizing Tasks and Messages.

Well that’s the Project Management Solution that we have upgraded especially for you, our most loved, Clients, Supporters and Guests.
