As such we have laid out a simple 7-Step design workflow especially for all our clients.

Step 1 : The Design Brief

The Design Brief is where we collect the relevant information needed before we begin visualizing designs for you.

The Design Brief includes your Corporate Profile or Personal Preferences, Corporate Vision and Mission Statements, Corporate Colors, Dissemination Mediums, your Budget and more.

We will further include details provisoned within the Quotation Form, which has the elements of this Design Brief encapsulated.

Step 2 : Research

We will follow-up with Research on your Corporate/Personal Preferences to find a suitable style/design for you.

When necessary we'll be contacting you to find out more.

Example :
Let's say, if your company does import/export of oil rigging equipment or if you are in the Medical Industry.

We will research and if required, consult with Professionals in the Industry.

We take pride in knowing what you do, such that the designs provided represents you best and what you're trying to impart to your audience.

Step 3 : The Conceptual Design

We will provide you with a predetermined number of conceptual designs for you to take a look at.

We will employ different design techniques to achieve a premium design that will be simply tantalizing for you and/or your business.

Step 4 : Choosing a Concept

You will be receiving a PDF document with several designs embedded, with a short description of each design.

Example
If we're designing for you a namecard, we'll inform you the size, the design concept, the relevance of each design theme, the suggested paper type/quality and the relevant cuts the printer has to take.

This might not necessarily be the designs themselves.

It might take on a collage, with various designs shown to you at a glance.

At this stage, you will be asked to choose from the various conceptual designs presented.

If you would like any amendments to be made to the Design of your choice, we will gladly assist.

We'll take note of the changes you'd like to see made, and we'll advice you on the changes.

Step 5 : Refinements (Revisions)

Now, that you have chosen your favored design and noted the revisions / refinements you'd like to see made.

It's time for the design to undergo a polish to give that special shine that will exude your design style.

We want a design that will suit you and/or your company, which will stay with you for a long time.

This process will continue as predetermined by the amount of revisions selected.

Step 6 : Completion

The finalized the designs.
You'll receive the finished product in soft-copy form in various formats as predetermined.

Tip
We recommend that certain designs be in Vector format
A Vector format will allow you to easily scale images in terms of size.
Standard file formats we provide are, eps, .psd, .ai, .jpg, .gif, .png, .tiff

Step 7 : Support

We are ready to give the necessary support you'd might need.
You'd have received a User ID and Password to log-in to our Account Center (ZetaAid).

Our Rates

Each project is different, it would not be fair to you to charge you a Standard Fee for Design with different requirements, in size and/or amount of revisions required.

We will offer to you competitive rates, which are reasonably priced. We are also willing to work with you around your Budget.

Payment Procedure

You will receive an Invoice for every project that you employ us to do for you.
A 50% deposit is required prior to the commencement of the Design Process.
The remainder is payable after 7 working days, upon completion of the Project.

We offer a range of Payment Services for our clients, such that you'd have a hassle free payment experience.

We accept Direct Bank Transfers, Inward Telegraphic Transfers, Cheques, Cash, Credit Card Payments, Online Payments via PayPal and MoneyBookers
