We provide a Wholistic Design and Support System for all our clients from the commencement of their project.
  1. Each of our Clients will receive a unique User ID and Password, to access our Premium Project Management System located at ZetaAid.com upon project commencement.
  2. Clients will be able to access their Project and Design files securely within the Management System and view the progress of each of their Premium Designs.
  3. Clients will be able to view the Knowledgebase for Frequently Asked Questions and Video Tutorials.
  4. Clients will be able to review Account and Billing Information via the Management System.
  5. Clients will also be able to comment, and discuss with our designers via the Project Management System.
  6. Clients will be able to communicate with our support team via our Ticketing System.
